Overview
leadrobin (“leadrobin,” “we,” “us”) helps businesses find, enrich, contact, and track B2B sales leads. This policy explains what information we collect when you use leadrobin at www.leadrobin.app, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
It covers two groups of people: customers who create a leadrobin account, and prospects, the business professionals who may appear in a customer's lead list.
Information we collect
Account information
When you sign up with email, we collect your name, email address, and password. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from Google.
Company information
When you enter your company's domain, we gather publicly available information about that company, such as its name, logo, brand colors, description, location, and website content. We use it, together with AI, to draft a company profile and ideal customer profile. We also store any edits you make.
Lead information
When you search for leads, we obtain business contact information about prospects from third-party data providers. This can include name, job title, employer, company size, industry, location, LinkedIn profile URL, work email address, and phone number. We also store the stages and notes you add to each lead.
Technical information
Our hosting providers record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request logs so the service can run securely. We store your sign-in session and theme preference in your browser's local storage. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
How we use information
- To create and secure your account and sign you in.
- To analyze your company and generate a company profile and ideal customer profile.
- To find prospects that match your ideal customer profile, and to look up and verify their contact details when you ask us to.
- To operate, maintain, and improve leadrobin, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
- To communicate with you about your account, security, and changes to our service.
- To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of providers to run leadrobin. Each receives only the information it needs to perform its service for us:
- Convex hosts our database, authentication, and backend.
- Vercel hosts the leadrobin website.
- Google provides the optional Google sign-in.
- Context.dev retrieves public brand information and website content for the domain you enter.
- OpenRouter and the AI model providers it routes to generate your company profile and ideal customer profile. They receive your company's public website content and profile details, not your lead lists.
- treg and the B2B data providers it routes to perform people search, contact lookup, and email verification. They receive search criteria, such as job titles and countries, and identifiers of the prospects you choose to enrich.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we request only your basic profile: name, email address, and profile picture. We use this solely to create your account, sign you in, and show who is signed in. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or files.
We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. leadrobin's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
If you appear in a lead list
leadrobin processes professional contact information about business people so our customers can reach relevant buyers. This information comes from third-party B2B data providers and public sources. We process it on the basis of legitimate interests in business-to-business communication.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and stop showing you in results by emailing privacy@leadrobin.app. Customers who contact you are independently responsible for doing so lawfully and for honoring your opt-out requests.
Retention and deletion
We keep account, company, and lead information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We will delete your information within 30 days, except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Residual copies in backups are removed on their regular schedule.
Security
We protect information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls that limit each account to its own data, and API keys kept on our servers rather than in your browser. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, UK GDPR, and California privacy laws, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for using these rights.
To make a request, email privacy@leadrobin.app. We may need to verify your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
leadrobin and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for these transfers.
Children
leadrobin is a business tool for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect.
